Podstawy przetwarzania
Umowa o świadczenie usług drogą elektroniczną (regulamin) — prowadzenie konta, publikacja i pobieranie GPX, społeczność.
Prawnie uzasadniony interes — bezpieczeństwo, statystyki wewnętrzne w formie zagregowanej, ustalenie i dochodzenie roszczeń.
Zgoda — tylko gdy o nią poprosimy (np. dodatkowa komunikacja). Zgodę możesz wycofać, pisząc na biuro@sebolaztyadv.pl. Wycofanie nie wpływa na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania sprzed wycofania.
Twoje uprawnienia
Masz prawo: dostępu do danych, sprostowania, usunięcia („bycie zapomnianym”), ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia danych, sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania opartego na uzasadnionym interesie oraz wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).
Żądanie zrealizujemy bez zbędnej zwłoki, zwykle w ciągu miesiąca. Możemy poprosić o potwierdzenie tożsamości, żeby nie wydać danych osobie nieuprawnionej.
Dobrowolność i konsekwencje
Podanie e-maila i hasła jest potrzebne do założenia konta. Bez tych danych nie świadczymy usługi konta. Publikacja trasy jest dobrowolna — bez niej możesz korzystać z przeglądania w zakresie dostępnym dla gości.
Zautomatyzowane decyzje
Nie podejmujemy wobec Ciebie decyzji opartych wyłącznie na zautomatyzowanym przetwarzaniu, które wywoływałyby skutki prawne w rozumieniu art. 22 RODO.
Przekazywanie poza EOG
Serwis jest hostowany w Polsce. Część zasobów mapowych może być dostarczana przez podmioty spoza EOG. W takim przypadku stosowane są mechanizmy zgodne z RODO (np. standardowe klauzule umowne u dostawcy).

Contract for electronic services (the terms) — account, publishing and downloading GPX, community.
Consent — only where we ask for it (for example extra communication). You may withdraw consent by writing to biuro@sebolaztyadv.pl. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure (“to be forgotten”), restriction, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, uodo.gov.pl).
We will handle requests without undue delay, usually within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity so we do not release data to the wrong person.
Voluntary nature
Email and password are required to create an account. Without them we cannot provide the account service. Publishing a route is optional — without it you can still browse as a guest where the site allows.
Automated decisions
We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you within the meaning of GDPR Article 22.
Transfers outside the EEA
The site is hosted in Poland. Some map assets may be served by providers outside the EEA. In that case GDPR-compliant safeguards are used (for example the provider’s standard contractual clauses).

Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung („Vergessenwerden“), Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit, Widerspruch gegen Verarbeitung auf Basis berechtigten Interesses sowie Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde (in Polen: Präsident des UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
Anfragen bearbeiten wir unverzüglich, in der Regel innerhalb eines Monats. Zur Identitätsprüfung können wir Nachweise verlangen, damit Daten nicht an Unberechtigte gehen.
Freiwilligkeit
E-Mail und Passwort sind für ein Konto erforderlich. Ohne sie können wir den Kontodienst nicht erbringen. Das Veröffentlichen einer Route ist freiwillig — ohne Route kannst du den Dienst als Gast nutzen, soweit vorgesehen.
Automatisierte Entscheidungen
Wir treffen keine ausschließlich automatisierten Entscheidungen mit Rechtswirkung im Sinne von Art. 22 DSGVO.
Übermittlung außerhalb des EWR
Die Website wird in Polen gehostet. Manche Kartenressourcen können von Anbietern außerhalb des EWR stammen. Dann gelten DSGVO-konforme Garantien (z. B. Standardvertragsklauseln des Anbieters).
