Treści: trasy GPX (współrzędne, wysokości, region, opisy, zdjęcia), ulubione, obserwowani motocykliści oraz aktywność w społeczności.
Techniczne: dane sesji logowania, token CSRF oraz standardowe logi serwera (adres IP, przeglądarka) potrzebne do bezpieczeństwa i diagnostyki.
Cele i podstawy prawne
Świadczenie serwisu (konto, trasy, edytor GPX, społeczność) — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO (umowa / regulamin).
Bezpieczeństwo, zapobieganie nadużyciom, backup — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO (prawnie uzasadniony interes).
Obowiązki prawne (np. odpowiedzi na żądania organów) — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO.
Jak długo trzymamy dane
Dane konta i opublikowane trasy przechowujemy, dopóki konto jest aktywne. Po usunięciu konta usuwamy lub anonimizujemy dane, które nie są potrzebne do obrony roszczeń albo obowiązków prawnych. Logi serwera rotujemy w zwykłym cyklu hostingu.
Odbiorcy danych
Hosting i baza danych serwisu. Dostawcy map i wysokości (kafelki mapy, routing, dane terenu) otrzymują zapytania techniczne z Twojej przeglądarki, a nie pełne dane konta. Trasy, które publikujesz, są widoczne dla innych użytkowników serwisu.
Pliki cookies
Używamy niezbędnych cookies sesji, żeby utrzymać zalogowanie i zabezpieczyć formularze (CSRF). Nie prowadzimy reklamowego profilowania przez cookies zewnętrznych sieci reklamowych.

What data we collect
Account: email address, password (stored as a hash), display name, gender (for the card signature), optional profile bio, motorcycle details and avatar photo.
Content: GPX routes (coordinates, elevation, region, descriptions, photos), favorites, followed riders and community activity.
Technical: login session data, CSRF token and standard server logs (IP address, browser) needed for security and diagnostics.
Purposes and legal bases
Providing the service (account, routes, GPX editor, community) — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (contract / terms).
Legal obligations (for example responding to authorities) — GDPR Art. 6(1)(c).
How long we keep data
Account data and published routes are kept while the account is active. After account deletion we delete or anonymise data that is not needed to defend claims or meet legal duties. Server logs rotate on the usual hosting cycle.
Recipients
The hosting provider and database. Map and elevation providers (map tiles, routing, terrain) receive technical requests from your browser, not your full account. Routes you publish are visible to other users.
Cookies
We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms (CSRF). We do not run advertising profiling through third-party ad networks.
Your rights
You have the rights described on the GDPR page: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and a complaint to a supervisory authority. Some data you can change yourself in your profile.

Bereitstellung des Dienstes (Konto, Routen, GPX-Editor, Community) — Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertrag / Nutzungsbedingungen).

Speicherdauer
Kontodaten und veröffentlichte Routen bleiben, solange das Konto aktiv ist. Nach der Kontolöschung löschen oder anonymisieren wir Daten, die nicht zur Rechtsverteidigung oder gesetzlichen Pflicht nötig sind. Server-Logs rotieren im üblichen Hosting-Zyklus.
Empfänger
Hosting-Anbieter und Datenbank. Karten- und Höhendienste (Kacheln, Routing, Gelände) erhalten technische Anfragen aus deinem Browser, nicht das volle Konto. Veröffentlichte Routen sind für andere Nutzer sichtbar.
Cookies
Wir nutzen notwendige Session-Cookies für den Login und den Formulerschutz (CSRF). Es gibt kein Werbe-Profiling über Drittanbieter-Werbenetze.
Deine Rechte
